بصفتنا المكلفين في مجلس إدارة الجمعية الخيرية بمحافظة الشملي حتى تاريخ 1446/04/16هـ وذلك بناءً على قرار مدير مركز التنمية الاجتماعية بمنطقة حائل رقم (20280) وتاريخ 1442/04/16هـ وبحكم المهام المسندة لنا من مجلس الإدارة وإلتزاماً بمبدأ الشفافية والإفصاح ودرءاً لتعارض المصالح عنده إبرام العقود التجارية أو تنفيذ التعاملات المالية بين الجمعية والقطاعات الخاصة والتجارية فإننا نتعهد بالأتي :- 

1- العمل على بحث أي علاقات عائلية من الدرجة الأولى أو مصلحية لمنسوبي الجمعية من أعضاء الجمعية العمومية أو مجلس الادارة أو الموظفين وأنه في حالة اكتشاف أي علاقات ومصالح مباشرة أو غير مباشرة

2- نلتزم بإيقاف تلك العلاقات التعاقدية وإبطال كافة التعاملات المالية الناتجة عنها , كما نلتزم بالإفصاح عنها في موقع الجمعية وكشفها لجميع الجهات عندك الطلب ,,
